a manifold is usually a one piece product, ours is cast and very heavy.
a header is usually multiple pieces welded together to get good flow and lightweight. The advantage a manifold has over a header is that it retains heat and the header usually flows better making more power....usually.

i cant, the car doesnt run well enough. i think ither the timing is still of a lil bit or i have the cam shaft retaining caps torqued down too tight and causing too much friction on the camshafts. but i could turn the cams by hand really easy so i doubt that much, my bet is that the timing is still off a lil bit, probebly by a tooth or 2

Not Work Safe Beware!!!

DO NOT GO TO ABERDEEN ROAD AND RACE AT THE INDUSTRIAL PARK EVERYONE'S BEEN GOING TO! UNDERCOVER'S HAVE INFILTRATED IT AND THE POLICE ARE PLANNING A HUGE CRACKDOWN!!
REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO ABERDEEN ROAD INDUSTRIAL PARK IN HAMPTON, IT IS ABOUT TO GET SHUTDOWN FOR STREETRACING EVERY WEEKEND!! REMEMBER, MY MOM WORKS AT TRUCK FLEET REPAIR IN THE SAME INDUSTRIAL PARK AND A FRIEND OF MINE IS AN UNDERCOVER.
ANGELO KNOWS THIS ALREADY BECAUSE HE TRIED TO GO SATURDAY AND I STOPPED HIM. I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOUR CARS FROM BEING CRUSHED AND YOUR ASSES THROWN IN JAIL.

The meets are fine, but idiots and ******** go out to aberdeen road every weekend and race underneath the camera for the highway in the industrial park. Jake, remember when we went to check it out? I'm never going again.

THIS WILL BE AS BIG AS THE 564 INCIDENT AND CRACKDOWN.

**** like that is organized will get caught everytime. I went out htere once and I was like "This **** is too organized" they are going to get caught and Im going to laugh my ass off! A street race here and there are fine but doing it at the same spot is just ridiculous and stupid. Come on...did they think no one is going to find out?

i know, all the guys i spoke to that go out there sya its fine and cops leave them alone. yeah, they leave them alone because they're waiting to bust a larger crowd. I think they usually get around 20 or so a weekend right now, maybe more. its ******* stupid, they even have a spotter at the end of the street near the entrance who flashes his lights to let them know if someone is coming. That park is too easy to cut off as well.

Sub 40whp huh evolve? If thats the case then I'll be able to whip your ass when you get back to Va. lol. I've been keeping up with your vadriven posts. Awesome job staying with the Cobra. Those things are no joke. When we all went to the dyno saturday there was one just finishing up and he got 590whp. Then he proceded to spin tires all the way down a half mile road.
