Ideas for Va Beach and Tidewater region Cobalts
i did look it up i didn't really find a diagram as to how it works, but i did learn that STS stands for squires turbo systems, ow what you said above makes no sense...
"sts turbo systems" thats like 'saying squires turbo systems turbo systems'
haha that means your grammar sucks... no but on the real i did look, but not hard
i thought that normally the turbo bolted to the manifold and the exhaust, and the intake went throught the middle of the turbo, through the compressor, and into the intake...i just don't see how that is possible with the turbo so far back

good new's and bad new's
first bad new's DTP has been delayed with finishing my car. It will now be done by friday this week is their goal....
good new's
I installed the 60# injectors and loaded up the Trifecta tuning, no i didnt put it on the dyno because the tune if for 10lbs of boost. And yes i did the injectors myself because they said it would take them 2 hours to install the injectors and it took me 30 min to do it myself so i just saved 190 in labor, LOL
but i did start the car up and reved it up a bit just to make sure the tune is good and no check engine lights.... So with that said i can now say im the first 2.2L cobalt tuned with 60#ers lol

they had a mustang come in from maryland that wanted to get a supercharger put on so they did the work for it, should have been a day or 2 project for them but when they dyno'd it.... it blew out a head gasket so they had to rip the top end of the motor apart to change out the gaskets so it forced them to put mine on the back burner.... they will be done with the mustang tomorrow and wednesday they will be working on my car again and have it done by friday at 4pm

I had full knowledge of what "STS" stood for and what I was saying.
If you do a search for "STS" you can come up with such results as:
The Society of Thoracic Surgeons
STS Tire & Auto Centers
STS: Summary for SUPREME INDS CL A - Yahoo! Finance
Cadillac STS: Luxury Sedan: Photo Gallery
Science and technology studies (STS)
MIT Program in Science, Technology, and Society: TOP
NASA mission STS-124
NCBI dbSTS
etc., etc., etc........
Now, if you do a search for "sts turbo systems", all you get are results IRT exactly what you were asking about with the home page for the product being the very first option.
So I guess the only thing left for me to do is excuse the **** out of myself for trying to help you find the information as effortlessly as possible.
Have a nice day

they still have to hook up the wiring harness, install the oil pump and hook it up, install the PCV system, waste gate and fabrictate the dump pipe to simulate dual exhaust except when under boost then it will be functional... install the intercooler and BOV, finish fabricating the engine compartment charge piping
Unfortunately another failed attempt by someone to insult my intelligence/knowledge.
