Hey guys, as most of you know I've got an 09 balt with sai, and I'm trying to get rid of it. Does anyone near the Cleveland area or Even in Ohio have tech 2 so I can get rid of sai? I'm willing to drive to get this done because I've got a nice header and dp sittin in my garage.
