lol well all the snow we just got melted..... so drifting for the civic is done for now... but its a monster 1.6l FTW

 

yeah that snow went away quick. this winter sucks so far. probably gonna be my last year snowboarding, well buying a season pass atleast.

 

oh man you bought a season pass ... I usually by a pick a day pass which is awesome because i still think you get 3 freebees so I go on the good days.. Glad I didnt buy a new board this year... we got quite a bit of snow and now its about all gone its crazy this ohio weather is just unpredictable

 

yeah i usually get the pick a day, this is the first year getting the season. il still make sure i get my moneys worth. yeah you get 3 freebees with it but last year i used them up fast, and i got like 4 extra because the people didnt run them as a freebee when i was getting my pass.

and im glad i didnt get a new board too, woulda been such a waste.

 

i still havent gone. i have a brand new pair of $210 boots sitting in my room that i doubt ill be able to even use

 

Yikes!!! Im ready for this winter to be over Im about ready for track season!!

 

ive only went twice. thusday was awesome, lots of snow and it was snowing. as long as i get in 10 more times il be happy.

 

im gonna go to new york at least once, theres a bus that leaves mentor and takes you to peak n peak for the day and its only like 80 bucks which includes the lift ticket

 

Last year I went on a bus trip to Peek 'n Peak and it was the perfect day. Snowing non-stop all day. They didnt even have to run the snow machines. And I just went to Seven Springs two sundays ago and it was so much fun. There was only like 3 or 4 runs closed I think. It was better than Peek 'n Peak thats forsure. Soooooooo many runs to choose from!

i went to holiday valley last year for a weekend and stayed in a condo right at the bottom of the slopes, it was awesome

 

thats what i want to do but plans always fall through.

 

PA. Closer to me than holiday valley is. Its about the same distance as PNP but ten times better IMO. Its about an hour or so east of pittsburgh

 

So was anybody here behind me on 165 heading away from Salem on Saturday? There was a Yellow SS/SC behind me for most of my drive home from work

I would love to do a meet at the ledges. I went to a mini Cooper meet a few years ago there, it was cool. They were using the track too

 

I've never been there, but I'm always willing to go to new places.

 

It really wouldn't be too expensive if we could get most of our NE Ohio people to go. It would end up being like 120 some bucks to rent the track for the day. I think that includes corner workers and flaggers too. Then there would be an hour break for lunch. Not a lot of 93 gas places close by though lol

 

I'd do a meet at the Ledges. Not sure I'd run my car but I've never been there and would like to hang out.

 

I'm deffinetly down for nelsons ledges or just anywhere up here. And also a dyno day up here would be great
