Hah! I wish. I'll probably still be 100% stock by then. I'm trying to save up enough do that if something major goes (tranny or transfer case) I've got enough saved to fix it.
Besides I wanna make more power first. Thinking about an FP green by next year, something reliable enough to dd.

Just busting your *****, haha. FP also has a newer turbo out, the FP black, it's getting lots of good reviews on the Subaru forums.
I'm constantly bouncing back and forth on whether I should mod the STi or buy a bike. If I do decide to mod the STi I'm looking a a Dom3, TD06 20G or a FP green/red/black. Something that is still daily drivable but will make ~400 at the wheels. Of course with that comes a big TMIC, injectors, fuel pump, TGV deletes, MBC/EBCS, a tune and the potential to mess things up. I'll probably wait a year or 2 until I have to do the timing belt and do it all then. Who knows though. The STi feels slow like any other normal car though, I'm getting bored with it.
ya 400 to the wheels is about as far as I'm willing to go without a built motor/trans. I'd like to make about 500 but stuff's gonna start blowing then. idk what turbo I wanna go with yet really. FP green just caught my eye as it's the cheapest of the fp turbos, and spools quick.

which is newer than the green. Sorry, I didn't mean it was brand new. There's a few good STi builds running the FP blacks, and I know the Evo guys like FP more than the Subaru guys. Just posting it as an alternative.

My first WOT run after putting 75 miles on the stage 2 tune almost made me crap myself. Now I don't even bother going WOT because it's not impressive. And I'll get to 400AWHP and within 6 months I'm sure I'll say the same thing.

You will go broke trying to buy/build a car that's fast enough to scare the **** out of you. I've been in 400whp cobalts, 500whp camaros...Meh. They felt fast and fun, but didn't scare the **** out of me.
ya if you want something that will constantly scare the **** out of you a bike is the only way to go. You're always gonna get used to 4 wheels unless you've got a muscle car/ rwd car making like 900 hp

To Beautiful Of A DAY!!! I had to get my cobalt out of storage and take it around the block today... tommorow is suppose to be about 50 as well I will probably take my bike out for a spin! Here she is in the driveway

Yes, it was a nice day. I cooked out on the grill. I will cook on it all year, but my wife complains when its snowy. And the last time that I cooked out with snow, my daughter locked me out. But, she is just 2.
