I worked at car dealerships for about 3 years as a lot porter and wash bay/detailer. So happy I got out of that.

I honestly don't mind the work (except on those 90+* days), it's the upper management/salesman that are just plain stupid. It's like working in the broom closet. Plus IMO we get way underpaid, they haven't changed the pays (we get paid flat rate) in like 6 years.

I hear ya. The work we did back there for the whole dealership plus our own job def were way underpaid. It really wasn't all that bad just like you said some of the salesman/management have no clue.

Mike, I saw an old man driving a yellow one with the factory black wheels yesterday in Medina. It was also on the square the day before.

For summer tires, I have been really happy with the Conti DW's. They grip so much better than the factory tires on the TC. In the rain they have grip, which was a good thing. The factory Conti's on the TC were horrid in the rain.

That's good news. I loved the RE-11's I got from dirty but I drive too much to justify getting another pair for my DD. DW's are what I'm planning on buying.

I tried wingless, didn't like it. So the ricer wing is back on.
Wanna trade for my lowrise?

I have my Tjin Trunk on order (whenever that comes) so it won't be on for all that long...but I've got a hankering for the ricer wing. LMK if you're interested

SS's never had factory black wheels...annnd you woulda known if it was mine. "Evo" mod, painted black center grill bar w/ color matched bowtie and loud as a mother lol not to mention mine had bright silver stock SS wheels from an '06(they were powder coated bright silver). I've pretty much given up all hope of ever finding "Sasha" again lol

On a different note, I haven't really been paying attention to how many lsj guys are in this thread, but would anyone be interested in an injector harness? Have one I ran across the other day that I quite obviously have no use for anymore. I had bought it for my TVS setup along with some 80lb injectors. Those are gone, all that's left is the harness. I also have a zzp 5 bolt 2.6 running around my house somewhere too I think if anybody might want that too. No hub, just the pulley.

And to whoever it was talking about tires(I'm in advanced and can't see the thread lol)...before I traded the cobalt I had ventus v12 evo's on it and absolutely loved them. Best tire I've ever put on a car in my opinion. I've always been extremely satisfied with Hankook tires. The v12's wore really well and had great grip on dry pavement, including "launching" from stop lights and such. They didn't break loose anywhere near as easily as the stock pzero's. and in torrential(sp?) downpours, had absolutely no problems doing 80/85 on the highway. I ran late for work a lot If you went with those, you wouldn't be disappointed.

Oh yeah, meant to also ask who, if anyone, might be interested in single/dual pods for the cluster bezel. I was gonna raid a few junkyards for them and start making a couple up if anyone is interested? I remember back in the day these things used to sell for $150 or more. I was thinking more of around $50 on a single and $65 for a dual painted up and ready to install. If you guys might be interested, let me know

Does that harness fit 42s? I need a harness for mine when I tune for them.
