does it make a pop sound or a rattle on bumps, hard bumps? i had that too.... ON AN 08. at least ur jsut now getting it... i had mine redone when i did the steering motor recall, it was like 180 bucks or so.

with the ssc's you just take the old ones off and put the new ones on? dont need to cut any bumstops or whatever. and did you get a alignment after? i see people saying you should and some say you dont have to. dont wanna waste money if i dont have too. suspension noob=me

 

ya that's all I did. I didn't cut my bump stops, and I rarely bottom out. I'd rather hit the bump stops than bottom out the strut completely. I'd give the springs a few weeks to settle, then go get an alignment. Your toe (I think) will probably be off a little bit. I'd rather get the alignment and save tire wear than need new tires early. It won't be off by much, but enough.
