here are my rims! they look good cus of the camera, but they came out super runny, i went kinda heavy on some areas, but it gets rid of the shinys, always wanted to go for the stealth look.

 

oh hey matt. turns out CTI makes the pipes to order.. GO FIGURE, so now i have to wait for josh to get a response from them to respond to me about shipping.

 

drew, i think that color would look really good with window tint, especially with the black rims and it looks like you have the blacked out tail lights and black headlight housing.

 

yeah it does fit really well, the polishedness made it kinda not... dark. and yes ive done my housing and my tailights. even my plate covers are smoked. lol whats left is the interior silver trim, and the calipers.

 

yeah im going to paint my stock rims black, and either de-badge the back or black out the back chevy emblem. right now im doing some experimenting with an old set of headlights, rewired all of the LEDs/Halos baked them took them apart now im gonna black out the housing and try to find red LED's so it will have red Halos/LEDs. we'll see how it all goes though.

 

interesting... im going to attempt at a supercharge for the summertime, gonna buy parts pretty much individually

 

yeah, i've always wanted to drive one of the supercharged ones just to see how they feel and the differences.

Yeah he finalyl emailed me today and told me my headlights were being shipped tomorrow.

 

once i get mine up to speeed ill be faster than matt mwahhaha. drag racing should be interesting as well

 

Drew, what color are you wanting to paint your calipers? I have Red, Black and Silver if you need those. I have my Brembo's painted Red and they have not shown any problems through this winter. I painted the ones on my wife's car black, as she did not want them to be flashy on the baby wagon.

Hopefully my wheels will be powder coated next week!!!!

 

Looks good as always...No offense, but the lack of originality when it comes to painting wheels is getting...well...boring.

well idk what i wanted to paint mine... silver might work, dont have any read on my car, thought about a dark green... yeah i saw ur brembos before they looked pretty good, weather considering.

 

I think Drew's is pretty original. It's almost like a Matte Black paint.

I wasn't questioning whether or not you like it. In fact, I like it as well. I was questioning when you said this:

Black, Matte Black, Flat Black, Jet Black, Gloss Black, and all forms of black in between can no longer be considered "original." Especially not in the 'balt scene

 

For the wheels they are. I think they're nice looking.
