Took off the resonator and looked inside. You can hear the cat rattling around with the res off.

Yup. My basement was flooded. Almost ruined my entire computer rig. Luckily I woke up to about a gallon of water on my face at 4am, after I picked my blanket up off the floor.

In other news, the new wheels arrived today! The HyperBlack MSR 045s are the sex.

Chris, I saw that on the news. Sorry to here that, it really sucks.

That rain was really bad this morning going to work. I think that everyone hated me more today than in the snow, as the Blizzaks left a wake behind me!!!

Yea after I heard about that I thought about driving to school this morning. I was driving through like 6-10 inches of water. It wasnt moving but if that was a creek or something that can easily sweep you away.

3.5" of water in our basement yesterday. Nothing says fun like shop vaccuming a swimming pool out of the basement at 5 AM.

I almost never post on here but I'm finally getting the "bug" to start screwing with my SS. My 06 is about to turn over 100k thanks to my crummy 120 mile daily commute. Do you guys have any meets in NE Ohio anytime soon? I need to check out other people's cars so I can hear the good bad and ugly about these cars before I waste my money.

And does anyone know if there's someone with a white SS/SC with projector headlights? I've seen him on the freeway a couple times around the central interchange on rt 8.

Unless it was painted GM didnt make white ss/sc's. They did have white 2.4's and the ss/tc's come in white.

We meet occasionally. There's the C-Bus meet in the spring and fall, and from time to time a few of us might meet up some where like Sonic in Brunswick.

Turbo6, what do you have?

I normally don't see to many people around, as I usually get to work really early. I do go through that area about once a week though. I have not seen a white ss with projectors yet.

And would you like some ducks for your swimming pool?

The new wheels (sorry. Crappy camera phone quality).

They are the same gunmetal as the typical stockers.

HHR SS wheels aren't wide enough. Only 18x7.5. You cannot safely put 235 width tires on 7.5 wheels. I have a tire engineer (Dirty) who checked that for me. Although it seems like most other CSS members know more about tires and wheels then you know.....the the professional.

Any ways, I wanted to go as wide as possible with out having rubbing issues. 235s should be good enough. The MSR 045s are 18x8.
