Pro Motion Tuning does alot of work with SS/SC Cobalts, so i'd reccomend them. They are in Fredericksburg VA. (www.promotiontuning.com). ALso, PTuning reallly knows their **** when it comes to sport compacts, and they are in Manassas VA. (www.ptuning.com). Hope I helped and good luck!
