I am going to have to bail on the Meet. I got 2 Craftsman Truck Tickets on the start / finish line for free. I will have to wait till the next Meet.

 

go south out of akron on the innerbelt to i76, then 76 to 71 south, 71 south all the way to west salem. get off at 301 north exit and drive alittle ways maybe 5 mins at most and then in town on your northwest corner is iga or on the left side cant miss it.

the place opens at 9AM i called today to get it all organized. there having some box races and eliminations at 4pm. now as for us goes when we all get there we have to tell them were running STREET. and as for the price goes. its 25$ for saturday and sunday. but if you leave saturday they refund 10 bucks of your money so its 15$ and as the weather is looking i dont think itl be very crowded so woohoo. so if anyone has any questions let me know soon by tonight at the latest 12am cuz i have some doctor stuff to do from 7am till 1030am. so im actually going to go down to west salem b4 1230 now. im going down there at 1130 or try too. well talk to you soon.

im in cincy but was born and raised in norwalk...gotta love the night under fire they have there...wish i could make it but already have plans down in Cincy for the UFC fight

 

its cool cincy is quite a bit of a drive anywhos its suppossed to rain. but so far here in elyria its past us and its humid so i dont know whats going to happen tomorrow. but everyone i hope is still going to go theres a few backup plans i have for things to do that arent to far of a drive away.

i drive to willard where my parents live which is 20 mins from norwlk up 61...it takes me a lil over 3 hours to get there...i would def be there if i didnt have plans...hope u guys have good time!!

 

Day 2 Program - Saturday, May 26
$1,000 To Win Box; $1,000 To Win No Box; Junior Dragster Combo; and Street Trophy

The Memorial Day weekend Ohio Bracket Series program continues with 4 classes of competition including a $1,000 to win Box Class; a $1,000 to win No Box Class; a $100 to win / $50 runner-up Junior Dragster Combo class; and a street trophy class.

Gates open at 9 AM with time trials beginning at 10:30 AM. Eliminations are scheduled for 4 PM on Saturday.

The purses in No Box and Jr. Dragster are guaranteed. The Box Class purse is based on a minimum of 64 entries in the class.

$10 round money is being paid to Saturday's Box and No Box competitors beginning with their 2nd round win of the day. Junior Dragster competitors receive $5 round money beginning with their 2nd round win.

 

Ok so its 11:30 at iga tomm?..and i might just go to the freack because ill have to pass the track and go to iga and turn around and go back to the track, so i might meet yall there.

 

Is there a car wash near, its been raining here and i know if i wash it before i leave, then it will be dirty by the time i get there it is a black car haha

 

well dude the track is only .4 miles less than half mile from iga which is in town so no big deal. well ill bring my car washing stuff and we can wash it at my grandpas place just down from the track pinky. il show you how lol. see you in the morning

UPDATE:

Just got up the phone with 42.
The event is still not rained out ...starts at 4PM, however there is NO test and tune at all
$60 to race no box.
$25 to watch!

I am thinking this is way out of the range for most of us.

Still meeting just to hang out?

I was at 42 i talked to i think ryan...but i did see you and jonel drive by when i was at the track. I thought everyone was ganna go to the track after you guys met..so thats why i just went str8 to the track. But theres always a nice more dry weekend

 

Well I am kinda pissed!!! I show up and everyone had just left! I was looking forward to meeting up and hanging out with you guys since I didn't plan to race... But I paid 25$ to get in just to find out no one is there!!! And come to find out JonyyB gives out freebies to everyone there.... well I was there and I wasted about 35$ (gas to get there included) for nothing! "I'm going to hang out all day" - JonyyB... WTF! I feel like I got cheated! If you say come join us at the track and everyone who shows will get at least stickers + other stuff possible I hear and then add the fact that you say you will be there all day... at least hold to that!

 

well... i guess they had the meet at the iga instead of coming to the track. I left because it started to down pour and storm so i didnt think they would race. i gave jonyyB my number and was going to pay again and go back down to hang out. never got the call so i didnt go back. i only got to see 1 other member so i know where your coming from.

 

sob! how did i miss this?!?!?! why me? i always go up to 42 a few times a year and one time css has a meet there i dont even know about it!! there has to be another!
