Doc, done any tunes on a 2.4? If not, then i'll just rely soley on Pro Motion. I'm probally gonna get my tuned on the 29th, but i'll come up just to hang out on the 27th if its later in the day. Just let me know what time everyone is going and i'll try to scoot up there after work.

 

Everyone going to HIN this year? I'll def be there. I didn't have my Cobalt last year (I had an '88 RX-7 vert which was down at the time....putting tires and and a clutch on it at the time), so i'm psyched about bringing it this year. And no im not entering, I just love the parking area.......or should I say parking.....county, lol. Every parking lot even vaugely near the expo center, plus various fields, and of course the gigantic expo parking center itself gets FILLED with all sorts of tuner cars. Last year I rode up with my friend in his STi, and we parked between a widebody NSX and a supercharged 350Z, lol. Crazy! Def fun to be had always, at HIN.

he beat the **** out of it and had nothing to cool it....I also think his cat is shot. He pushed out a cloud of smoke.

Dulles Expo Center. I went the last two years in a row and its amazing! So much to do and see at HIN events! Its on April 21st, so mark you calender!

P.S.- I'm coming to Pro Motion on the 27th too just to hang out b/c im only 15 min up the street from it. No tune yet though, b/c Doc's gonna do a little bit more research on the 2.4 with the help of an HHR owner before he tunes mine. (Thanks again for the help Doc See everyone there! Maybe i'll buy my Powerslot rotors and Hawk pads when I go too!

 

btw this area sucks ***** ive yet to get close to anyone even wanting to race lol. not that i like street racing/do it often but its fun to toy with some....

Yeah not too many people like to play around here. I don't like to either but everyonce in a while you get a bug up your ars and you can't find anything.

 

yeah, this area does suck for that kinda stuff. The only cars that have "toyed" with me was a stock Cavalier with huge wheels and a modified silver EVO. Needless to say, I didnt even look over at the guy in the EVO, haha. The only car i've ever raced on the highway purposely was my friends modified Focus. I won, of course.

 

I ran a red srt-4 on 95. He blew off and I looked over and laughed. He floored it, I followed. Shortly after that he was trying to read my plates. I smoked him by more than a few cars.

 

not much so far... orange srt4 on 395... I kinda kept up... but handling got wierd so I broke off.... turns out had only 8-11 psi left......
newer model civic on 495.... he acted like a douschebag driving.... put in place..
slightly modded wrx on 495... I drive to redline... guess he didn't expect it... he lost.. twice..
few other things....... 3.28xi or whatever with d plates on mass ave... fun.... won.......

i only get cars that would obviously get crushed wanting to have a go. anything worth a damn or cars that would put up a good fight and even beat me won't bother. it's annoying.

went crusing tonight since i saw a white STI in my work truck looking for some action.

of course nothing to be found when i get into my car lol.

did get a chance to get on it on the 95 on ramp hitting 19psi tonight, really want to dyno to make sure im not lean when its this cold.

but damn the car is so fast i only get to get on it briefly before im already at 100 =)

 

well after bitching without having anyone to toy around with i got my chance today.

was going to discount to pick up the fuse taps and lined up with an evo VIII

i didnt launch b/c i didnt know if he would go or not but some hoe pulled in front of him just as the light turned green. So he gunned to to cut me off b/c he had to make a right turn it turns out.

instead of being a dick and gunning it and not letting him over, i let him get just enough room then floored it.... he started out 2cars ahead and only ended up 1 in a matter of feet. But then he turned.
