anybody have a yellow SS SC that was on 66 early today? fun race, but it would have been just fine without the flyby afterwards.

finally got to run one, but it was only from about 60-100. pulled hard like crazy then stopped at 100 and started slowing down, then the guy whizzed past me at WOT while the passenger was waving bye.

 

i scheduled an hour of dyno/tuning for the 27th at 11:00-12

they said anyone else coming should schedule as well.

 

how much is an hour on the dyno..?

Doc and I are, Im setup for a 11:00-12:00 dyno and doc is 12:00-1:00

No I just went to gauges I beleive and selected 3 gauge and add to cart then the paint to match also. Awesome piece and the paint is as close as you can possibly get it to! I was gonna tell you earlier that you should invest in a wideband atleast with the mods you have. In responce to your message about wanting to know if you are lean.

So you got a 2.7 right? And the numbers you got in your sig are with the Intense tune? Has Doc tuned yours yet or is he going to the 27th? My car untuned is 235whp and 214 wtq. I'm hoping the tune will really help out. Any guess on the improvements I should get with his tune?

 

yea im tune by doc now but i need to get it on the dyno to see if theres anything he can adjust.

last time i had issues and couldnt dyno so he just did the tune.

Now i have the intake on and looking for him to custom tune it.

 

Just checked out your garage and I didn't realize your car was orange. That's cool, I've never seen the orange in person either. I'll get to see the only 2 colors I haven't seen in person up close finally.

Sounded and looked good on 17 on Saterday. I would of followed you into the Sheetz, but the wife and I had a dinner date with friends we were already. I am just north of Summerduck off 17, not even a mile from the track. Hit me up one day and we will have to get together. I waited for you that day at Sears, but I had to go finish up Christmas shopping.

haha yep that was me. Once I wash all the muck off (I love down a dirt road) and get that stupid door ding taken out (thanks to a shopping basket in the BACK of Bloom's parking lot) it'll look even better. I noticed your parking lights from way back and knew it was a Cobalt, and sure enough I was right. And I rememberd your car from Sears that one day. I merchandise for Pepsi, and I was working the store that day. Looks good though man. I'm getting some gunmetal 18"x7.5" Axis Reverbs and some new rubber next week, which are actually lighter than my stock 17"s believe it or not, so be on the look out, though its hard to miss the only modded 2.4SS in the area, haha. But yeah man I go to the track quite a bit. I'm not gonna go for a bit until I get my CEL's taken care of and my car running right w/ some HP Tuners lovin' though. But once I get everything straightened out, i'll be up there at least once a week. PM me and one day we'll meet up on a nice day sometime.

if it was an '06 STi (newest body style) then it was a good chance it was my roomate. Only a handful of other white STi's nearby.

I'll def be there the 27th. Tue's are my days off, so I can come whenever. No dyno tuning for me though. Hopefully Doc will be able to at least mildly tune my car. What im looking for is a smoother idle, maybe some A/F adjusting, disable my CEL's that are on from my de-cat downpipe, and hopefully a little bit of tuning to better un-leash the potential of my bolt-ons. Feel free to use my car as a test bed Doc. I trust ya, lol.
