2010 chevy cobalt lt sedan

Does anyone know how to remove the automatic shifter knob? Thanks!

Post a picture of it. Might be one where you have to pop the panel off the top and there's a screw or it could just be tabs that you have to squeeze. I know on the basemodel that's how it was when I had it, the tabs were in the bottom of the knob. Best bet would be removing the shift boot first.

Grab the piece right below the knob. Twist is counter clockwise while pulling down. Then the knob itself is attached with a Allen screw.
