Hi I have a 08 base cobalt as my DD

I am saving up some cash and will hopefully
Be getting myself into a lnf
With that being said any thing to watch out for
When I start looking???

Welcome and just check the usual see if it has any mods, tune. Try and get a compression test done. Check fluids, check for codes stuff like that

To tell you the truth i dont see the difference but maybe because ive never had a car like my lnf i had a LT model but let be serious it doesnt compare at all to the ss power so i cant compare it maybe if i drive an SS without and then drive mine then i can tell you yes but i cant. Maybe someone can let you know but yeah check the trunk and see if it has g85 and well aslong as the tranny wasnt swapped you should have it

Change spark plugs and oil, previous owners never ******* do.

Change brakes, previous owners would have heated them up quite well.

You WILL have missing parts, either badges or the spare tools or tire.

You WILL have dirty intake valves, can't get away from that :p

crappy street tires.

Uhhhhhhhhh, besides that, just cobalt things.
