Cobalt SS/SC Stage 2 kit questions

I have a lot of questions so bear with me. I have been looking into buying a stage 2 or stage 1 kit for my 2006 Cobalt SS/SC and have some questions about where I should buy it from and where I should get it installed and what I should get to go along with it. My first question is about the ZZP Stage 2 kit. They are selling it for $335.99 ZZPerformance - ZZP Stage 2 Kit #ZZ-STG2K. Most places I've seen it they are selling for $500 and the dealership was selling it for $675. Is this a good deal or is ZZP hiding something I've heard good things about the ZZP stage 2 kit but the price seems too good to be true. If you recommend this kit what should I get pulley wise and injector wise? Should I get a shorter belt? What should I not do pairing wise that would jeopardize my engine such as too small of pulley for the injectors etc.? I'm definitely going to get it tuned at a dealership. On average how much would that cost me for the tune alone nothing high dollar or fancy just the recommended one for the stage two? Also if I order the kit from an online site that is not a gm site such as ZZP, if I take the kit into a certified chevy dealership would they still install it? Also is there anything I should buy to go along with the stage 2 kit I've seen people recommend getting cooling upgrades is this a necessity will I have issues if I don't get them or is it just something to get the most performance as possible out of the kit? If I do need this what would they be? If anybody has any other recommendations/tips when purchasing/installing/tuning let me know I've been wanting to make sure I don't spend a bunch of money and then spend more because I messed something up.

It's not the same parts as what GM sales. Don't buy the Chevy Stage kits. You'll pay twice as much for less. And no, GM will not install it.

Lots of questions that could've been answered with a few minutes of researching..

Current stage kits are from ZZP, OTTP, and GM.
ZZP's price is not "too good to be true." It is what it is.
You can take your pick from either a 3.1 or a 3.0 in ZZP's S2 kit. Shorter belt would be the easiest.
No dealership will tune this kit. ZZP's kit comes with a canned tune, but a custom tune will cost you around $300.
Certified Chevy Dealerships won't install this, it's aftermarket.
Cooling upgrades aren't a necessity.
