Ok, go with the advice given above. Swap the coils from 1 to 2. See if the misfire moves from 1 to 2. If not then swap plugs. See what that does
And also, as you're in a State that I think was part of the recall you'll want to call the dealer and look into reimbursement for the fuel pump.

Did you touch the throttle body blades much?
Check wiring on MAF too. Also check the wire harness as much as possible.

If it won't take a jump at all you need to start there. Low voltage will cause a myriad of issues that look like something they aren't.
Check the battery, check the alternator. All your grounds. Get your electrical system constant and healthy, then you can check what ever issues remain.

Nonetheless, you are probably due for reimbursement on the pump expense from back when you replaced it. Unless you like leaving money in Gm's wallet instead of yours it's worth making a call to the dealer to check into, right?
The special policy covers them forever and if you had it replaced on your dime GM will reimburse you. Just trying to get you some of your money back so you can throw more parts at it.
I would use the money towards Diag at a GM dealer so you don't have to waste anymore money on parts.

Yes, I get that, and I already addressed that in a previous post.
