Hello Comrades!

Alright, first off, 'tis pleasure to meet you all. Secondly, you may see me skulking about many build threads and FAQs as I am in process of modifying my '09 Cobalt SS. Lastly, do not be alarmed, I am not a spy.

That is good to hear. My knowledge of modifications extended about as far as my arm can torque a bolt, so I am learning as I go lol.

E85 hptune w/catless down pipe, intake, upper charge pipe and intercooler.

I've already started with the intake. Bought the zzp box to turbo pipe and planning on doing the mod to the stock box sometime this winter. After that will be the exhaust. I didn't know intercooler would affect hp or is it just needed to cool better?

Tune is the best mod then intake dp and intercooler in that order. I've tuned with an intercooler then took it off and had to pull timing so they def help if tuned for

Ya I've broke some too. In total I'm on my 5th intercooler. Didnt break any this year so I'm pretty happy!

Your making me rethink my clearance now.. Basically dropped it as far as I could on my BC coils without modding the body. I had heard of them cracking a bit but didn't think it was quite as serious as this. Many thanks to everyone's input.

Yeah I would find a tuner that retunes for free, a lot of people on here are pretty good including KMO43 who just replied as well. He could help you hit you 350whp mark easily with a tune from him. I have the box to turbo pipe and modded my stock air box with a drop in k&n filter.

You only need a intake fuel lobe cam to run full e85 on stock turbo but you will be maxing out your injectors.
