Hello. New member. Just picked up an '09 2 door with 125k on it. Very clean an completely stock. Bought it from the 69 year old original owner. Only problems are some slight wear on the seats and the rear view mirror has some delamination. The clutch is about due, but not slipping. I'll be asking about recommendations on that later. That's going to be the first mod. I'm 50, have my own shop and have been wrenching since I was 14. Just Google "i8acobra", you'll see I've been posting in car forums since the 90's. I've owned over 100 cars, including everything from EV's to muscle cars to "tuner" imports, trucks and motorcycles. Had a couple of Caliber SRT4's, but this is my first Cobalt SS. I'm currently disabled, waiting for a kidney transplant, so money's tight and the modding will be slow. Once I'm back to work, I'll be throwing the kitchen sink at it. I never leave anything stock.

That is in great condition, even the rims. I have the same year and color but 153,000 miles now. Mine has several dings cause of NYC driving.
