Not new to cobalts, but new to the site. Nothing to special about mine and very little modification so far. It's a 137,000 mile, black 2008 4dr LT with the 2.2L automatic, 5 lug and rear drums.

I got it from a friend for scrap price. It was in really bad shape, randomly went into limp mode with all the warning lights coming on and wouldn't get above 35mph.

So far I've replaced:
PCM ground repair
Replaced the burnt headlight harnesses
2 new key fobs
All 4 bent rims, tires and tpms
AC condenser and recharge of system
KYB struts, shocks
Replaced the cracked rear springs & bump stops
Hub bearings and half shafts
Inner & outter tie rods
Front control arms and bushings (not fun)
Rear control arm bushingsFully rebuilt rear drums
Serviced transmission and new cooling lines
Full tune up
Exhaust flange and mount repairs
Front bumper & hood
After market headlights with properly aimed LEDs
G6 stainless exhaust tip
New front window regulators and motors
New door speakers
40+ hours of deep cleaning interior and exterminating ant nests.
Replaced various beat up trim panels

Future planned upgrades are going to be mostly cosmetic, better stereo, maybe a header back exhaust and mild tune eventually.
