New Member/2010 Cobalt SS/Repair manual ?

How's everyone doing!? Just picked up a Red 2010 Cobalt SS! Been looking for a decent TC SS for almost a year and finally got one for $5500 with 117,000 miles! Seems like it was the only one for sale in the country. Frist manual and having a blast. I do have some error codes that started to pop up. P0101, P0236, P013E, and P0299. I'm thinking it could be the waste gate, maf sensor, or a boost leak. Gonna do a boost leak test tomorrow. Does anyone know where I can find a factory repair manual? I can't seem to find a book or a pdf for the TC SS anywhere. Thanks !

Hi and welcome!

I would post your question (repair manual) in the classifieds. Also the forum for your specific model. Good luck!

There wasn't a "factory" repair manual, only a user manual. The repair manual was done 3rd party. Haynes is a reputable company for that: https://haynes.com/en-us/chevrolet/cobalt/2005-2010
Also, welcome!

There are Factory Service Manuals; it's what the dealers have. You can buy them, but they aren't cheap.

I have a PDF copy of one, but it's an 05/06 time frame edition, so no LNF specific stuff.

I know service techs have one, I didn't think it was publicly available to purchase. Interesting.
Usually I just harass Kolt for those

They don't seem to be a widely talked about thing in this community. Very popular in the VW community and in the Yamaha motorcycle group that I was in.

I've definitely found them to be very useful though, especially when it comes to torque specs, etc. They're typically much more thorough than a Haynes.
