Thank you Michael! I'm a hop skip and a jump away here in Sylmar. I'm moving to big bear and love that I have options. Thanks for the heads up

questions

so i bought my cobalt (it isn’t an ss but i cant afford that) last juy 17th. It’s a rally yellow 2009 LT w/ the sport pkg. So mine has the ss styled body kit from the 03-06 SS style, and the SS style 17” rims. I want to make it one of the cleanest 2.2L LT possible. I want to do a ss styled cosmetics, but i want to keep the 2.2 and mines sadly an automatic, and i don’t have the experience or knowledge to manual swap it, and everybody has told me that **** is like top tier level mechanic **** and i don’t know what the **** i’m doing. So i’m just gonna stick with it. Does anyone know any good shops that will take a transmission and rebuild it to be a lot stronger and handle much more power than originally intended? and would the lt sport solid aluminum control arms be better for handling or would the solid steel ss control arms be better? i want to make it into the fastest 2.2 around a track, that can still be a daily with a full interior, sound system, and all the luxuries of a normal car, just with a lot under the hood and in the suspension. I just don’t know where to even start since i lack the knowledge and experience and tools AND space to do it by myself.
