cooling, nitrous?

I know nitrous can be used to cooling.
I have a friend that has a kit laying around, and i was debating on running the kit for cooling purporses only.

what shot would you suggest to run? 20? 25? 30? or what?

and i know how to hook up nitrous, i use to have it on my car..im supercharged now and need alot of cooling mods

Just go with a meth injection kit unless the nitrous is really cheap.

I would run like a 20 shot if you are doing it for cooling.

I've seen some turbo Camaro and Mustang guys do this, but they're idea of a small is a 75 shot. Go with a 25 and monitor the results.

It works very well spray N2O onto the heat exchanger. Just consider this though. If you talking about an SS/SC the H.E. is nestled between the A.C. condensor and the radiator
to to get a spray bar on the H.E. would require alot of modification, you must spray directly onto the fins. Best to add a front mount H.E. and spray onto that. Another cool thing to consider is if you have a after market intake with an open element you will suck some N2O into the intake for added effect.

I run a DEI CryO2 system and from time to time I'll dump N2O through it.
I love it.

Using nitrous only for its cooling ability is costly. Using it for both its cooling and power capabilities is a much smarter idea.
