What happens if you have a setup that runs between the 3-6k rpm range and at wot and your bottle is empty does that just mean no nitrous even though your tune is for nitrous is that harmful on your engine? Sorry really noob question please resist ripping

You dump a **** load of fuel into the engine. Not a good thing but usually not catastrophic.
If you're spraying nitrous and "run out", you've screwed up several other thing along the way.
The bottle should be refilled by the time it's 25% full. The bottle should have been heated.
A near empty bottle takes forever to get up to right pressure. These are all obvious signs.
