You quoted a guy named REDBASEBOLT.....HE was refering to a supercharged 2.0. The world does not revolve around you ms. condesending to all. And if you look at the pic at the top of the page, you'll see a pic of my engine. I have used a 75hp jet on my own 2.2L ecotec, so I think I've done the research. Now let's see if you have. What fuel jet works best with the 75 hp N20 jet in the 2.2L ecotec? 55-65-75?

He didn't say that the 2.2L couldn't take a 75 shot...
However I do know of one Redline owner that is running a 75 shot, hasn't blown it up yet.

or do i have my numbers mixed?
I don't believe it has actually been proven that the LSJ or the blower can't handle nitrous.

he was spraying his 2.2L, thats a base model, thus the name "RED-BASE-BOLT"
you want to call me condesending, all i did was take a line out of the gm build guide.
go **** yourself, and then get some more pics of your fat ass girlfriend infront of your car to put in your profile, then **** yourself again.
by the way, with nitrous, you want to retard timing, and i personally have had the best luck running a 75 shot on an ecotec without any timing adjustments.
[QUOTE=Blown Ecotec]holy **** you little *****. i am so god damn sorry to have offended you, read the damn posts.

Cussing like that.....that's classy. A size 5 is not fat. I have g-string pics to prove it. REDBASEBOLT said "HIS" car is not supercharged, refering to Maxss's car. Not his own. I am fluent in many languages so reading is deffinately not a problem. Although it looks like for you, it might be an area that needs a little work. And worst of all, you didn't even answer my question. I will no longer speak with you, as you are not worth the time. Good Day.

as long as nitrous is used correctly and in the correct amount for you vehicles application it is totally safe. use the correct jetting and if all possible dyno the car for the correct a/f mixture. nitrous is supposed to be used above 3000 rpm. you also need to stay off the rev limiter if you hit it theres a good chance that the nitrous will puddle and then cause a back fire usually through the intake blowing either the filter up or the intake off.
if the a/f is off you could burn pistons valve sparkplugs and things like that on a lean mixture. on a rich mixture you will not get the optimum perf. out of the car.
extra info to know
wet kits are the safest cause they add the fuel in also, and it allows you to keep the factory a/f mixture when running on motor.
dry kits sprays just the nitrous. when using these your a/f mixture becomes even more critical. you should run the car a little richer so when the nitrous is sprayed you decrease the chance of detination. not saying it can't be done it is safer that way though.
ive used 75 to 250 jets in my camaro with no problems. the car is built for it though. used correctly it is totally safe.
