your right, it does have to be an 07+. I didn't relize you had an 07..

As long as you didn't drive hard while it was mis firing, I doubt you damaged anything.
You'd be surpised how much abuse engines can take.

oh ****, sorry jeff

he's waiting for a response from gm's performance division, which he should have soon.

i already gave the first and second weekends of april to him, i thought that keeping it around the same time as last years would be good

I have a feeling I'm gonna be fucked over the wheels I bought that don't fit my car. If I do get fucked, I may be up for selling them locally for whatever price they are going to **** me for. Anybody interested in buying my Tenzo wheels for somewhere between 15-25% off? This isn't guaranteed yet, I'll know more by the end of the week.

Worst case would be $750 for the set of four. I'm taking them to get test fit with lugnuts on because they say it will make a difference. I can't see how if the wheels don't clear the calipers without lugs how they'll magically clear when they go on. The whole situation is quite ridiculous and close to theft IMO.

Well being that cobalts are lug-centric. There is a possibility that with out the lug nuts on, they were not center correctly and therefore could in theory make contact.

My offer still stands if ya want to bring it to me in S. Minneaoplis

What time are you there? Do you have a wide assortment of lugnuts? The ones for these wheels will need to be tiny. There is very little space around the studs when on the car.

I'm there 7:30am to 6pm thursday and to 5:30pm on friday, but we won't have any lug nuts like that in stock. I assumed you had them

Nope. They didn't come with any. I just went down and put the wheel on again. I moved it every which way it could go and it was always in contact with the caliper. My lug wrench won't even fit in where the lugs would go even if I did have lugs that would fit.

BAD TOUCH!

They make enough contact that I can't force a piece of paper in between the wheel and caliper. I've tried them on three times now and they've touched every time. Even the changes in where the spoke lines up hasn't made a difference.
