I have been saying that for months now and nobody has done it yet. My car isn't modified enough to warrant such...plus I may be getting rid of it.

not that easy due to our pump is pretty much internally regulated... so you'd have to ditch the whole fuel system pretty much

SRT4's are internally regulated too but you dont see that stoping them. you realise the internal regulator is removeable right?

someone just needs to man up and do it and i guarentee that will be the next bandwagon mod... "DIY fuel return system"

I'd jump up and do the DIY, but I don't have a garage to use or all the needed tools... That's all at my parents house 3hrs away

I think the reason Cylinder 4 keeps blowing with the 60# injectors is because it is the last in the line and cylinder 3 pulses before and during the time 4 does resulting in lower fuel pressure for that injector and less fuel for the cylinder. Assuming the stock pump can meet the volume requirements, a larger fuel rail (and possibly fuel line) may fix the issue. Personally I would rather dump the stock pump, fuel rail and line for a Walbro 255lph pump with an Aeromotive fuel rail and boost referenced regulator running all -6AN line and add a return line.

I thought i had read where our fuel rails are rated at 700hp...pretty sure hahn has comfirmed this with their turbo 2.0 setup testing

I wholeheartedly agree about the return system though...it being on the end of the rail and having cylinder 3's pulse like it is does not help the situation at all...

Actually, a good lot of us prefer not spending the money on something that you can't use all the time without having to worry about refilling the damn thing. I for one am not a huge fan of nitrous. My car should be a low 13 as she sits right now, and I am more then happy with that till I do a turbo swap. If I wanted a "fast" car, I would have bought a Camaro or TA WS6. Actually, I will be getting the second model year of the new Camaro.

Keep your nitrous...Nitrous for cars is like Viagra for people wit a broke dick. It's damn nice while ya got it, but what are you gonna do when you run out?? Tell the guy you can't race cause you have no more juice?? That would be like telling this hot chick that you can't have sex cause you forgot to get more pills....LMAO!!
