I was looking at this head unit Jensen vm8023hd; DVD player, HD Radio, etc... and won't break the bank. I already have an aftermarket unit and didn' lose my DIC. But the info on this one says I will lose it without a certain cable. Think I'll be fine since I already have a new head unit without that cable and didn't lose my DIC (I didn't lose my door chimes either)??
