Well you I already owe a retune, just get your ass out one day,
I haven't slept more than 2 hours a night this whole week and have been stuck on 12 hour shifts with no lunch breaks, so I'm shot, annoyed, and just getting fed up with this whole cobalt crap. Plus my car is all sorts of fucked up, and I have no damn time to fix it, I'm using my vacation I took for my birthday to work on my car, that's no fun.
Anyway, Donna, Just post up when you'll be out and I'll make sure there is a whole cobalt crowd out there for ya lol

yeah i will try. any ideas as to why it would just shut off? i've been told that the flutter at idle is related to my MAF possibly having oil from the K&N filter on it. could the sudden stall be caused by that as well?

Yes and yes, pick up a can of MAF cleaner at any auto parts store, pull the maf, and spray the living hell out of it, let it dry and pop it back in. If that still doesn't clear it up, I'll see about meeting up with you to fix it up

please stop confusing sean and me.

Ok Paul. I was at Pepboys the other day, couldn't find it. Will try Autobarn today after I donate blood.

edit: could this be playing hell with my fuel economy too? I am only getting about 23 mpg and I don't really put the pedal down all that much anymore. i do have a really short, stop and go commute though.

That would definitely kill fuel economy, it would cause your car to be running a bit rich compared a clean signal

its the risk you run when you experimentally tune your car. disconnect the battery let it reset and go back again.

Well the man haas to make his money. We (well you guys now) cant take advantage of him. If he does something for you pay for it. GM would charge you to reflash and it would prob be 1/2-1hr of labor which equals 100/hr. He is one of the few guys here down to help anyone at anytime. All im saying is not to take advantage of it. Always pay or barter with him for his labor.
