anyone ever break the little rubber boot/end cap for the shifter cable? the cable bends now when I try to put it in 2nd, 4th and r. I got an oem replacement hopefully it was just a defect.

well cleaned my maf today. looked like there was no oil on it to begin with. will see how it drives this week. tomorrow will be a good test and the idle fluttering generally happens when the humidity is higher.

and now a CEL...wooohoooo

well my cobalt is pretty much dead, thankfully the new jeep arrived at the shop saturday. If i can jut eek out a few more days from the balt, I'm good to go, hopefully start the teardown this weekend

cars fine. disconnected the battery to clear the code.

i am getting much much better gas mileage from the get go as well.
