indash works great still, especially with the gps now.... but goddamn that car picks up speed like a motha *****. I didn't even know I went that fast til I got home and checked the max speed. (before that it was 106)

One question. I have my Stage 2 kit coming in the mail. Now should I wait to put on an intake first or it doesn't matter? I was just thinking that if I put on the intake afterwards, I might get a CEL. Is it possible?

u will not get a cel from a intake...very very rare..only time you will get it if u put the MAF sesnor in wrong

Just don't use an oiled filter and you should be fine.
And yes the maf has to moved to the new piping.

I plan on getting an Injen intake. The directions should be pretty straight forward, right? I heard that it's a pain to fit in your wheel well.

oh how very wrong you are.
depending on the increase in airflow it will put the maf output range over the code setting in the PCM (stock is 10k hz) hence why I always bump it to fail over 12k.... since the pcm doesn't recognize anything over 11,111 hz
