damn nice scare this morning.
I let my friend borrow my jeep for a few days so I'm driving the cobalt to work. Getting on the highway I punch it and hit 2nd gear, flashing CEL, car is slowing down and just dies. Smoke is coming from under the hood. OH ****, or course now I only have the cobalt and I'm about a mile from home. Thankfully when I hit second it just popped a few relays up, pushed em down and she fired right up like nothing was wrong. I gotta stop driving this car everyday lol

 

HAHA that would be quite a scare. Same happened to me a while ago in the balt. punched it in 3rd and it DIED. sat on the side of the LIE for about 15 mins and it finally fired up. Sensors were mad loose.

Yea i banged 2nd pretty hard one time and my car just shut off like i turned the key off lol. I pulled over and it started right back up. The worst was when i was wheel hopping like crazy threw 1st and the car shut off and it would not start for like 25 mins that sucked. I thought something really got fucked up but its been fine ever scince.

I backfired wot in between 3rd and 4th on 347 with the old cobalt and she died. started back up when I turned the key though. I used to hit nasty bumps when they did construction on southern state and it would stall too. weird. no cobalts at bald hill again wtf.

 

again you drove past the srts and didnt come over and say what up. Damn bro
