Selling this car is a bitch though.
Had a kid and his dad come test drive it. The kids dad was picking things out about the car that there wasn't even issues with but obviously he didn't know much about cars and wouldn't listen to my trying to explain it to him

don;t be a puss, it aint that bad. d/l the gm build book, walks you through pretty much step by step. it's not as bad as it looks honestly

 

ive got that and the haynes repair man. & stages how-to lol

What is needed to make the F23 work on an LSJ ??

 

f23 shift cables
f23 front trans mount
f23 driverside trans mount
ss 2.4 na axles
and a little grinding on the case by where it goes under the thermostat housing
also may need to use the f23 slave cylinder (we did on chris's car) but you should be able to use the lsj one but would have to get a braided clutch line as the fitting points the opposite direction then the f35
think chris spent about $700-800 for everything including the trans

LSJ clutch/flywheel will work with the spacer ?

how about the LSD ? phantom grip any good ?

Clutch is fine no spacer needed. Chris has his exedy hyper single with a F23 tob.
As for lsd I have no experience with phantom grip but the team green one works good so far

 

How about the knuckles ? Does the 2.4 use diff than the LSJ?

same hub splines no issue there.
and chris pulled his apart. apparently it is a very easy transmission to work on.

 

so the input splines into the trans are the difference and im sure shaft diameter is smaller.

your cooling apparatus looks promising. ....

 

yeah lsj axles will not work unless you get the half shaft turned down and resplined. still have to you 2.4 ssna driverside axle.

and so far results are pretty damn good. I just need to swap 2 hoses as I have it running the wrong way through the heat exchangers.... shouldn't be drinking when doing the detail stuff lol

 

i may need to invest in the 2.2/3.0 w.e revision it is on when it is final lmao

 

so far it's pretty promising, best iat's I've seen on any setup I've previously tested (well beside the turbo lol)
and looks like I'll be testing it with a tvs come sunday if a certain person can wake up in the morning lol.
