ok so well ive been tossing this idea around for a little now. we have been throwing monthly meets with our longs park crew for the last few months now. we have pretty much stuck together and had new people at each meet and what not. but im thinking instead of having the usual 1 day meet in thinking we can all meet up in Ocean City Maryland for a Fri, Sat and Sun weekend in early to mid summer 2008. i though i get the idea out now and see what happens. so if ur interested add ur name to the list and lets see what we can get planned for next year. im thinkin if enough people decide to come we can rent an entire floor of a hotel or something and get some kinda discount. throw out ur ideas as well. bring the entire family kids ,wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, dog whatever. Hi, good luck with the planning.
To make this happen, I suggest you make it more formal and research the location for the meet, possible activities, and start calling hotels. Many hotels do not give group discounts for car enthusiasts and instead prefer that individuals arrange the stay. When you get something formal going, we can help promote it on the font page and what not. Research and planning is key here. Getting a large meet going can be rather challenging.
