definitely interested...Perhaps the best way to go about this is the OC Car & Truck show...thats where bunch of us had the Hooters meet (even though I didn't attend) but some of you showed at the Convention Center...we could all park together and represent the Cobalts! Its usually in early/mid June....quite a few of us showed our faces last year. Good idea!

I'd take a ride down from NJ for this. The VW/Audi guys have a HUGE meet down there every year, and its always a good time. They easily bring out at least 5,000 people. I doubt we could get any numbers that high but still it'd be cool. My advice to you is to look into corporate sponsors, try to get an actual show going.

Maybe that can give you some ideas. The only problem I forsee is that the Cobalt community is relatively very small. I mean the VW crowd draws so many people because their show is open to all VW/Audi models from any time period. We're working with a single car model that's only been in production for 3 years now. Maybe we could open it up to the J-Body's?

Well even though it's halfway across the country I might just take a cross country adventure if this isn't a exclusively SS meet LOL. Lets see how things come along in the planning stages before I commit

and trust me you dont wanna roll in a **** load of balts for a VW show. i have two friends that have 2 of the hottest vw in the US and they rool down to this meet. we would get flamed. plus to even get a hotel in the area you gotta reserve it like 6 months in advanced.

ok so well ive been tossing this idea around for a little now. we have been throwing monthly meets with our longs park crew for the last few months now. we have pretty much stuck together and had new people at each meet and what not. but im thinking instead of having the usual 1 day meet in thinking we can all meet up in Ocean City Maryland for a Fri, Sat and Sun weekend in early to mid summer 2008. i though i get the idea out now and see what happens. so if ur interested add ur name to the list and lets see what we can get planned for next year. im thinkin if enough people decide to come we can rent an entire floor of a hotel or something and get some kinda discount. throw out ur ideas as well. bring the entire family kids ,wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, dog whatever. CSS.net FTW baby.....LOL

so far we have a good interest in this. i think im gonna start lookin into places and whatnot to see what we can do...keep puttin ur 2 cents out there so we can make this good for all....
