i have no way to get the car there...dont plan on driving it.. although i planned months ago to hit DC , Boston, and AC i dont think the car A. will be finished and B. wont have any way of getting it there, i hate ny roads..

 

dont jynx me ...i have bad luck with this sorta **** all the time.

 

i drove the Z through the city a ton of times without a dented rim or anything, you should be able to get it up here...ferry it! did that with the Z too although almost got stuck getting on because the damn car was so low

 

id take the ferry if they would stick me on the bottom...all id need is some ass ramming his door into mine or people rubbing up on it while walking by...i wanted to ******* kill someone the last time i was up there....plus coming off the ramp i went sooooo slow and i still rubbed. going out east to orient point the roads are not too bad but how is Mass? ive only driven there once... im leary about driving it all the way there with a kit and 20 inch rims with dental floss for tires.

 

AHHH. im so mad now. I was actully planning on heading up there w/ my friend cuz his Scion is in the show. But he pimped his ride last night around a turn so its in the body shop now and not sure if it will be all set by then. I didnt realize you guys were going. now im that much more disapointed in him.

 

They arnt that bad since you will most likly be coming up from the west and be on the pike in mass. however some roads in boston maybe sketchy.

 

yeah i'm picturing the kit and tires...

the roads that you would take to the expo center aren't really anything to worry until you get real close to the expo...i think if you're careful it's really not that bad. i'd tape up your front end a couple layers just to prevent any stone chips on the way. your call tho i understand your concern.

 

maybe ill bubble wrap the entire car LMFAO.... thatd be the lamest yet funniest **** on the planet if it was possible...LOL
but seriously im concerned about rock chips on a very expensive paint job. ull see why when i get around to posting pics...
and speaking of roads THANK GOD i didnt go to sema with the car...the roads to the expo center had man eating potholes....my cavi took then like a champ but i dont the balt would have.

 

i hit a pothole the other day that made my cell phone jump out of the cupholder and fall onto the passenger's floor

 

Jeff know of any afterpartys on the 29th? maybe ill make an appearence

 

depends how well we do, LOL. i'll let you know, we're having a pre-HIN meeting on the 23rd to get all the details finalized for the club so we'll probably talk about that then.

i'm getting really excited. we were doing a lot of work last night on the magnum, supra, F-150 and one of the celicas.

and i just found out that two more vehicles will be showing with us, i updated the first post with that info.

 

thats a pretty decent size club...u guys could be in contention for best club...which mean ka-ching...thatd be nice.

 

i'd love best club, especially after coming 2nd to Mill City Krew at the Funk Flex show last year, they took home $5k.

i just added one more but he's a maybe. i wish everyone could go, we have about 19-20 vehicles in the club, probably will have 25 when some of the recent applications go through too.
