**** insurance companies. I'll be getting new tires early next week for my cobey, fixing the wheels myself, and trading the bitch in on EVO for sure. I'm shooting for a Tuesday test drive.

 

They still screwin you over huh? That's some BS man...You know of anyone with some decent tread having tires off some 18's that Moe can get the hook up with?? He needs tires for his Gran Damn pretty bad but he a broke hoe. lol...Keep me posted on how that test drive goes

NOICE!! I have some new fog lights, and headlight bulbs, and some LED license plate bulbs for the rear comin in. Saving up to get my trans built with a decent convertor then I'm going with DJM A-arms for the front so I can drop her about 2.5 inches all the way around, and picking up some sway-bars.

All this damn wind has me set on lowering my brick to help with some aerodynamic issues. lol

Sho does...I have the stuff to drop my truck about an inch an a half, but I have heard some mixed things about the ball joints being at bad angles and all, so I think I'll wait.

Can't wait to start ma new job, and start gettin ma new pay...lol

 

Bit the bullet and got my tires today. Hopefully tirerack is nice with their shipping and I can get them Monday and have my car back Monday so I can fix my wheels myself on Tuesday.

 

What tires did you go with?

 

Kumho ecsta spt 225/40/18.

I have the money for kdw2's, but I wanted something with treadwear that was good. These tires are high performance summer still so they should grip better than stockers.

Oh yea, any chance you still have the solid mount I gave you?

it was between those tires and the cooper zeons when i got my car...i went with the coopers cuz it was just easier to get (mavis down the street from me had em in stock)
and also cuz i didnt wanna have to tell people i had CumHoe tires on my car lol...i love the coopers but lemme know how urs perform
