haha i dont think so, you are planning to get the meth kit, i have a 5 gallon tank of 50/50 mix w/ grape scent, i can spare a couple gallons (because i dont have a meth kit). this way you'll have a couple gallons of water/meth mix you can use when you get the kit.

I swore up and down when i was at a 1/8mi track some old car ran and I swear I smelled grapes. And the funny thing was, the car was a grape color... He musta been on the boost juice, grape scent.

Still no tires, but my 6 gph nozzle will be here tomorrow. Need my WB back, nozzle switched, and tuned before Sat.

haha that's exactly what it is. ya see.... methanol doesn't smell too pleasant when burned thru the engine. so adding this scent to the mix is more of a "crowd pleaser" and it doesn't hurt anything. at the moment i have a little bottle of grape scent to add to my mixes, i used to have strawberry but i gave it to a friend. might try to get it back actually....

 

I'm still cracking up over the fact that you scent it. Can you really smell it on our cars who spray so little? I can see on a car that runs pure alcohol, but on ours? I know in the dyno room you could smell it and feel it burn your eyes.

 

oh yea you can smell it. it's very potent, you only use a cap full per gallon. i'll bring the meth with me. how much do you have in your tank?

 

yea im prob going down, i might give the traction bars a shot tommorow, the wheel hop was alot less with them on, I had no idea just how much they were actually helping. I thought I was going to rip the wheels right off when I started wheelhopping last night

I am going to bring a cooler with as much ice that i can fit in it to place on the motor. Last time I was at the track i had my methanol on ice. Not sure if I should do that again or not.
