dude you got a mansion or a ton of land with that payment! I remember paying $980 for renting a small 1 bedroom/ 1bathroom apartment. the square footage could almost fit in the garage of my new house LOL.
Now I got a 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath / 2 half bath/ finished basement townhouse. Approx. 2700 square feet total. Im happy with it even if the neighbors suck and play music waay too loud all the time.

Well if I really wanna tally all my bills up. Before I walk out the door my monthly bills are
Rent: $1300
Bge/cable: $230
4 credit cards: $200
Truck payment: $610
Truck ins: $190
Bike payment: $225 (bike ins is 150 a year)
Cell phone: $50
And the total is..... $2805 per month
Add this next vehicle at 12k would be another $216/mo
And Jeremy my bike could sell for 7k which would put a large dent in my turbo kit plus my extra tax return money could put it right where I want the z to be

I would get either the Subaru or 2g like you were originally looking at cheaper cars to buy, cheaper to build, parts are cheaper. I just see the 350 especially a DE not being the right car. But if you really want my car and when you get the loan in order and if, which by the looks of if I will, still have then of course I would sell it to you.
