It's def a local spot. Not the best, but not the worst. Always a good turnout. I made a bet with dude at work I could run under 16s, so I'll be there for sure now.

well hey you maryland guys look up my thread its at the dulles meet ...Our last meet was a huge turnout and then after the meet and pictures at the mall were going to logans for lunch/dinner
