I've been praying to the "car gods" for dry weather allll friggin week. Hopefully my prayers are heard ( mom, if you hear me up there, help me out ), and we get some cooperation.

 

yah this weather sucks.

 

Uh oh, looks like a break in the weather, I see sun and white puffy clouds, nothing dark.

 

Yeah, I had sun and blue skies when I left work, and then I get off the TP in IRwin.... and it's POURING... then the sun came out when I pulled in teh driveway....WTF??

 

Haha, random spots of rain. Well here in Robinson its very nice out. I am so tempted to finally give the car a bath, but I know it will just rain again... what to do...

 

I'm not bothering washing mine until this weekend. Maybe Friday after work if it's not rainging. If not, then Saturday before the wedding. If it STILL is rainy ( car gods better listen up ) I will wash it before I go to the AUto-X.

 

Wow, if you do plan to wash it before Auto-X on sunday, you realize you will be out at like 7am cleaning your car, lol. I don't think I ever cleaned mine that early.

 

Yeah... If we meet @ 7-ish like last time.... I'll be up before 6AM. Then again... I'm always up then, so at least now i'll have something to do.

 

Well I was planning on going to the auto-x meet this weekend...but...I wrecked my poor car. Yet again i do something stupid in a vehicle that just pisses me off more then anything. So I go to pull out of a parking lot and not even paying attention to the exit ramp...paying attention to the traffic on the road...I hit the little concrete divider that separated both lanes exiting the lot...Intercooler and radiator that i know of right now but i will have an estimate later today more then likely. Sorry guys but I wont be able to make it to the Auto-X.

Ah, man! Sorry to hear that. I've hopefully gotten my inoculation against wrecks, for the time being. About six weeks ago, I side-swiped a Solara. Was changing lanes, when she hit the brakes.

Well, after all was said and done, $1,100 to fix the Toyota. Me? $5 for a bottle of buffing compound, and couldn't tell I hit anything. At the scene, I reached under my front bumper and popped the dent out.

Wow... that does suck. Sorry to hear about that. Hopefully it won't take too long to get fixed. I'll be out of town this weekend too... so don't worry... we'll be hitting up some more auto-x events this summer.

 

well the car is off to have repairs done. The thing I think that sucked the most was seeing it drive away attached to the back of a tow truck. Hopefully the guys will fix it quick and have it back to me soon.

 

That sucks man. Hopefully they can get it back in good working order with minimal problems.

i hope you bought the car like that. if so, grab some MASSIVE cooling mods or remove all of it
