New Cobalt Owner With Ss Appearance Package
HELLO ALL FROM BALTIMORE,MD WITH A SUNBURST ORANGE METALIC COBALT SS APPEARANCE PACKAGE LOVE THE CAR SO FAR NO PROBLEMS YET

I'm pretty sure what we have here is a case of a new owner simply not yet knowing the differences between the models. It sounds like he has a 2.4 SS, plain and simple, and he is referring to that as the "SS appearance package".

I think you meant to say 2.4L!
Is this a dealer installed option, or something new you can now order on the car?

welcome....and good choice on the car. I will admit that the GM body kit on the sc's is the best one out....so i don't blame people for putting them on their cars. gm car + gm parts = sweetness
