There was no way double locks were fitting. Diamond didn't say what to use, they just gave them to me. I guess we'll see how Al's get put together.

BTW, is there suppose to be play between the small end of the rod and the pistons. When the rod goes up underneath the piston where the pin gets slid through, there is side to side play with the diamonds. I assumed the stock ones were like this too, but I can't remember off hand. I guess when everything is TQ'd down it doesnt move side to side.

Al, Dan... I think the thing that worries me the most if getting the struts cut, emptied, and back in the car with the inserts in correctly. Since it's my DD, I can't have a car sitting.

Once I get them in, and show you the directions ( or you can get the PDF from Koni yourself ), you'll see what I mean.

Yeah I've been going back and forth with him through email. We're finalizing the design and then I'm sending him the money through PayPal. He said he'd have them done for the next event then.
