Yea I mean we have been umm well sorta together for 2.5 years and its taken alot for her parents to trust her with me. But her sister was killed in a car accident when she was 18, so I understand some of the things they do. That was her only sibling.

 

OIC. Thats a different situation all together. Its not about not wanting to let go - its about cherrishing time with their daughter. Id be the same way.

 

Exactly so thats why I understand when they get that way.

 

LOL We have just about every situation in my family between me and my cousins:

me, only child
1 brother (20)/1 sister (will turn 19 in 2 days)
2 sisters (older is 19, younger will be 15 at the end of the month)
3 brothers (oldest is 16, middle is 11, youngest actually turns 7 today)
If you REALLY wanna get into family dynamics, I have an additional 20 step-cousins, but that's just overkill, LOL.

I think the one that had the most problems with parents was the one with the older brother. They trust the guy cause he's, well, a guy, then come down hard on his sister (who, ironically is the only one so far of the family to go far, far away for college...she was going to go to grove city but didn't want to be "within easy driving distance" of her parents, LOL).

As for Amy (the one with the older sister), it probably helps that her older sister is quiet and reserved, she never got into any trouble so the parents never thought Amy would be any trouble either. That and the younger one looks, talks, and acts EXACTLY like me so her mom rationalizes that since I turned out OK, she will too. If she only knew the trouble I got into in high school, LOL.

When it comes to the boys, LOL, my aunt is so worn out after dealing with the older 2 that the youngest one gets away with MURDER.

 

Heather is commuting to YSU which is like 25 min away and stays with her parents, so I guess she didnt feel like running away to bad haha

 

so does that mean were meeting at miracle mile tonight since there is no cruise in Wexford?

 

LOL well Wes is kinda at the mercy of whatever I feel like doing tonight. We'll see, I have lots to get done tonight so who knows.

had a great time out tonight... wexford got canceled.. but there were 8 goats together in the fox and hounds parking lot.. we got there at 5 and left at 1... great time playing ping pong and drinking beer

Place where we go, Avalon/Stone Harbor is always packed full of lawyers/docs/smart investors from the philly area. And that = a ton of nice cars haha. I'll be sure to post pics.
