If they're having that much bad feedback, talk to eBay directly or file a dispute with PayPal. You can deal with it by going over the seller him/herself. I've never had to do it before but the option is there. Just tell them based on the feedback that this person has received, you are weary of sending the product back on the promise of an exchange and that you'd like to know if there's any way in which you can just return the product and get your money back.

His feedback isn't TOO bad. I'd keep an eye on it. Definitely go through eBay with any dispute rather than trying to settle it straight with the seller.

thanks for your suggestions. I mean I'm glad I have something, they are rather nice... but I always have loved the black on red look. I'll keep everyone updated...

Haha... I know Tim. And don't worry about Alicia, her hostility stems from her jealousy of Laser Blue.

I mean it looks like he is a good seller. A lot of people are happy with him. I must be that 1 in 25 person where he F's me over and gets away with it. Still no reply back.... I'll give him until this evening then I'll file w/ paypal.

I happen to like my "ugly" purse thank you very much. Man, critiquing purses and driving around in a purple car......Dan you might want to put an APB out for anyone that's seen your masculinity...

Yawn. As much as you keep trying to deny it... the color is called Laser Blue Metallic, not Laser Purple Metallic. I've said it before and I'll say it again... don't hate just cause Arrival Blue wasn't popular enough to stick around.

haha... I didn't coint the ugly purse mod phrase. Just said that ugly purse mods in general are FTL. And don't you know... a guy that is comfortable with his masculinity can talk about these kinds of subjects?

I don't even think I need that. Some hick at work was running his mouth today about my car being nothing but a "glorified Cavalier", etc. So I told him to put up or shut up... He didn't accept the challenge and I doubt he will, but..

Between it being a 4x4 with a small V8, a 5-speed, and my suspicion that he isn't the world's best driver... I think I can take him. I must have made him think- he was asking around as to whether he had a chance...

I wondered where Dodge-Boy was hiding!!

I ran fairly-consistent 16.7's when I ran this summer. I would be highly surprised if this kid could drive; he's lucky he can read... Also, his truck is stock with a toolbox in the back.

How does the 318 run? Some people say they're dogs; others say they're not bad. I've only ever driven 360 auto's...

He avoided me this afternoon, so I'm guessing he's not going to take the bait anyway. Wimp.

I didnt realize u ran 16.7's...thats very repectable. The 318 really isnt that far off from the 360 in terms of performance...What really matter is what cab configuration is on it...a reg cab is .3 faster than a extended cab (which i had) which is about .2 faster than a quad cab. Tho like almost any v8 powered vehicle the auto is generally faster teh the 1/4 but some 318 reg cab 2wds were in the 15s iirc...I only had the truck about 6 months before it detonated to death from the oil leak I had JUST fixed so I wasnt up on their aftermarket that much. They seem to come in 2 flavors...stock and ***** to the walls built 408 strokers. Tho they pick up HP EASILY from mods.
