Hey silver Dan, are you going to be in Ohio this weekend? If so what part? Im driving up to Deerfield this weekend to visit the in-laws and go to Cedar Point. Im thinking maybe Friday or Saturday night i might have to look for something to do. Do you know of anything that goes on up that way on weekends?
Heh, cool. I'll be at cedar point this weekend with some friends too.
Different car, but something in my front end still clunks over really big bumps, and both of my endlinks are tight. I'm wondering if the driver-side spring isn't in the spring perch of the strut perfectly. I've only had a few other minor problems with the car so far: shifter knob rattles at certain rpm (common to almost all 6-speed gto's and the radio and/or new exhaust covers that up anyway), driver-side window will creak a tiny bit if I go over a huge bump in the road, and a little bit of paint is peeling off of the driver-side door handle, another common problem that is fixed under warranty.
There's also been a 1 inch thick scratch on my driver-side clear part of the taillight since the day I picked up the car at the dealership, but I don't think it can really be buffed out. It's hard to notice but it drives me crazy sometimes

Thats like 45 min from my parents house... you are kinda in the middle there by canton and akron and alliance. You can find stuff around there, alliance is mainly a college town. Mount Union FTW. But yea if you guys get that bored im sure we could meet somewhere and eat or something, im supposed to go to the drive ins this weekend so im not sure whats going on.

Im learning that you can get into the mid 400's pretty easy with these cars, full exhaust, tune, cam, 90mm TB and intake gets you well up there.
Do some head work and you are really getting up there
For drivetrain just throw an ls7 clutch in and you should be good to go.
And I forgot about an underdrive pulley
