acutally.... it's kinda wierd. From me autocrossing and just being the car nut that I am.. it's kinda rubbed off on dad a bit. He can tell the difference between a WRX and STI.
He thought it was an Evo when I mentioned it.

He commented that it was quieter than the ones we've seen....

jon.... the shop i have used for many of jobs, in elizabeth, greenwalds automotive, they do fantastic work and are decently cheap..

i called on a saturday morning about getting my h-pipe installed, and it was on that afternoon...

not saying they are always that avail, but still.. give it a shot

No he didnt. I only get to chat with him every now and then. He is busy with school and work. Ill prob. see him this weekend though.

Yeah, I saw him a couple weekends ago @ KR Ford when I wanted to look at a Mustang. He saw me and it took a few seconds to sink in who he was, but I knew I knew him.

He said he rolled the SRT and got an evo.

Kinda strange... you both had orange FWD cars, and now both have silver AWD cars...

 

Dunno what Mike'll see first U around today? can get the car in at noon or later to have the muffler put on

Its a really funny story actually. About a month after he rolled his SRT was about the time i was ready to start shopping around. That was the same time his insurance stuff cleared and he too was looking. At first he said he wanted an STI, then couldnt find one in his price range so he said he was just going to set the money aside and wait. A few weeks went by and the closest Evo was right outside of Columbus OH. It so happened that me and Erin were going out to OH to visit her sister. I figured since we were out there id drop down to take a look at the Evo. It had only been on the lot about a week and the guy didnt seem real interested in talking to me about it. So anyways, the next week i call them back up and start trying to set something up to come up and buy it. He said that someone was interested in it and when could i come up. I couldnt make it up there till the weekend. Weekend rolls around and i give him a call on Saturday and wanted to drive up and he said its being sold as we spoke. 2 days later Brian txt'd me and said he got an Evo. Later that week i met up with him and wanted to check it out. Damn it! He bought the one i was looking at . I explained to him the entire story and we both had a good laugh about it.

 

Meeting up w/ Mike then go to get the new muffler put on. Supposed to be somewhat clear today. I feel like driving around, since I have the day off Mike's driving, too. If anyone has nothing better to do, the day off, and feels like randomness, call or txt

 

Well since I rarely come out to play, I wasn't there to partake

I have mods that just arrived, so if anyone is really THAT bored, I'll be in the garage later. Sway bar links for sure today, brakes probably not today but eventually they'll go on.
