I just want to stir the pot a little bit and do some e-racing/magazine racing with the new GTR (albeit a jap-spec), the Corvette Z06 and the Viper.

GTR: 0-60, 3.3 seconds
Z06: 0-60, 4.1 seconds
Viper: 0-60, 3.7 seconds

GTR: QMile, 11.6 @ 120.9mph
Z06: QMile, 12.0 @ 121.8mph
Viper: QMile, 11.8 @ 125.3mph

It stops from 60 in 104 feet, same as a Viper and 2 feet shorter than the Z06. I dont want to give the source of the info quite yet as i dont want there to be a crutch of this or that magazine always has slow/fast numbers yadda yadda.

Think about this for a minute - all the numbers are extremely close. Dont you think it would be a drivers race for either of these 3 cars? I dont think any car demolishes any other car as was being said in previous posts.

Discuss....

BA HA HA HA HA HA...This is for anyone in here that has been belittled by "Dr" douchebag Jay, or has ever had the "pleasure" of listening to him ramble on about how great his life is, the salary he supposedly makes, his 17 degrees in Chemical Engineering, his $500K of education, his driving skills, how fast his "showroom stock" car is, or just his BS in general...

So Jay has been trying to hawk his homemade wax on the GTO forum based on the fact that he has a PhD in Chemical Engineering. Well someone called him on it. They also provided some awesome insight into the kind of LIAR Jay really is. They said to do a search on his AIM screen name of Jay5750 (Once that info was posted, that screen name magically disappeared from Jay's profile BTW)...

Well when you do that it leads to SOOOOOOOOOOO many other ID's on various forums, but it all comes back to everyone catching him lying his ass off all the time. Pittspeed seems to have become very good at sniffing him out and calling him on it. I've enjoyed 2 days of reading now and I'm sure I've only found a couple of his UserID's. If anyone wants a good laugh, go to Pittspeed and do a search on any of the following user IDs

Blue
Blue04
BlueZ06
Gray05

There are other IDs on other forums - and they all catch him in his lies as well, but the Pittspeed stuff is some of the best. The great thing is that he hasn't changed his tune one bit in the 4 years worth of posts that are out there!

I found the Gray05 this morning, and I have to say it's got some funny ****. I forget which user ID he used to fake his own death, but guys called him on that too. HAHAHA

Ever wonder why he would trade his prized Cobra that was so fast? Yeah, apparently he wrecked it at the drag strip. I wonder how that happened when we have all heard a million times how he "has been doing this for 10 years" and is such a great racer!

Do you realize just how many "factory freaks" he's had? Apparently everything he owns is one! Blue Mach 1? Yeah def. the fastest one ever.

"Showroom Stock" fastest GTO? Nope - find the post about how he ran 13.1 against an SRT-4, but was calling that guy out for another race since he got a handheld tuner!

Apparently he also has a Z06 that, as recently as Fall of 2007, was making some amazing power. Fascinating how this car never made it out to any of the times he was out this summer.

Ever wonder how old Jay is (Well I didn't either) but a lot of guys do since he can't seem to keep that straight either.

There are many more to find - so go do some searching...it's well worth the laugh!

As a bonus for anyone that Jay has tried to make feel bad for how much money they make or the job they have...Apparently the snippet of resume posted on the GTO forum shows that Jay is no longer a head-hunter (and don't let him kid you, that's all he EVER was...No Chemical Engineer)...Actually it shows he doesn't have a job as of November! HAHAHA

Enjoy, and Merry Christmas...

Bone stock 2.2L also breaks low 15's. Doesn't mean it's a typical result.

I am not dismaying one way or another about this fact. There are some factory freaks out there - no doubt. But im sure you will agree, that is not common for a stock Z06.

LOL @ Denny's post. I saw this too.

Didn't Jay claim he got his MS from Pitt? No record of him in the Alumni Directory at Pitt. I thought maybe it just didn't have all alumni listed... but my aunt is in there from the 70's, and she didn't register for the directory.

If it's true... I find it hilarious. Anyone have access to PSU Alumni Directory listings?

There was a black guy running a z06 at prp this year... I cant remember his exact times but I want to say he was in the 11's... might have been low 12's though I cant remember that was a few months ago

I think Pitt will end up taking them. I think they play better defense than Duke. Duke has a strong offense... so it'll make for an interesting matchup.
Just would like to point out my accurate prediction from yesterday. If you watched the game, then you saw how Pitt's defense helped them win that game (as also evident by the low score).

Hail to Pitt!

New screen name on here from Jay trying to defend his storys in 5...4...3...2...1... If its true, i wouldnt be all that shocked. I would be more shocked if it wasnt true .

Dude that was an awesome game last night. I seriously had Pitt written off after the first half, but their D was incredible in the second half. That Dujaun Blair is a beast. He has the potential to be better than Taft or Grey ever were.

I raced him one night - he sucked at driving. I was running the 12.1 to his best of 12.7 - even had a 13.x run.

I got some friends at PSU I can ask. He told me PSU, then Pitt, then Duquense.

And matt there is some speculation about that 10.98 car.. Everycar this guy owns i has set a stock record. 4 cars in a row...please. I suspect he has a tune or otherwise...but everyone says hes a spectacular driver. Even then...10.98 stock isnt the norm...but a case under better then ideal conditions (and a tune that isnt proven to be stock). My theory...

Yeah I sent a message to a girl I knew from CMU. Probably won't get back to me though. She wasn't happy with me last time we talked.
