It doesn't have the GMPP tip. He just has some aftermarket one on it.

welcome back to the burgh...well almost. i just moved from the burgh actually. now i'm 1.5hrs north in the meadville area. at any rate, the house i moved out of is for sale by owner...not me. i think it's listed at $62.9k but you could prolly get it for $59 or less. needs some fixing up but not too much.

yeah the burgh isn't bad if you don't mind traffic, which i do. plus i'm a country boy. i like the liberty of going outside and into the woods, shooting whenever wherever and good 'ol cow tipping

the house is owned by a bimbo chic. she bought the place on her own when she was dating some guy. they broke up, he moved out, she move to minnesota or something. she's just trying to get rid of it. my buddy and i split $650 in rent/mth. it's big enough for two people, but crammed with three. it'd be good enough for you two and a kid if you have one or are planning. decent backyard with a hot tub that doesn't work. never worked when i was there. needs new piping. idiots left water in the tub over the winter, froze, broken pipes. if you want anymore info just let me know. i can send you the addy and a link to the reality site.

edit: if a garage is super important to you then it has a one car garage, BUT when i parked my cobalt in there i could barely get out of it!!! that's how narrow it is. it became a storage facility. i would pull my car in half way to work on it.

yes they have 1 year at the campus location then next year they move, but the one place we are looking at is in that direction and the other is off centre ave so its a straight shot pretty much

the waterfront is the last resort we just liked the look and how new they are

I live on the lawrenceville/bloomfield border, actually right across the street from the new childrens hospital......

Perhaps BELOW butler st lawrenceville is bad, but there are no problems up my way.

Depends on what way you go... Butler or Penn... theres alot of trash below butler st, down by the river... above butler is ok tho, as long as your not heading down towards stanton heights

Anybody here remember a guy named "Joel"? I think we saw him at PRP or Irwin a couple times; I remember he had an orange SS. Anyway, I saw in the obituaries today that he died. It didn't say how or what happened, but he was only 21 or 22, I think. Condolences to his family.

Car accident. I saw the story about the accident, never connected him with it though because I never knew his last name.
