I assume that you mean plan A = Evo. If so 800/month for insurance is ungodly. They were trying to bend you over on that one. Do you have tix and wrecks or something? They put me at 160/month full coverage on an STi right after i turned 25. I cant imagine that other cars in that bracket are too far off.

 

So I saw CED's parts sale, sent a message to my mom about whether she thought my grandparents would buy me car parts. I want the GMPP Exhaust and the Hurst. I told her the two things I wanted (three if you count the exhaust tip).

Her EXACT response:

The Hurst I'll buy you because it's a Hurst, say no more. I had one on my Mustang and LOVED it.

As for the exhaust, does this have some sort of purpose? Does it make the car faster or just louder? I'm not spending money so you can put rice **** on your car.
